WHO CAN SELL MIGHTY FUN!:
You can sell MIGHTY FUN! if you have either a.) brick-and-mortar store or b.) a proprietary web site/store that stocks inventory and fulfills orders direct to customers or c.) both. And of course you have to be awesome!
We do not currently distribute to customers that promote or sell our products through third-party market channels unless they have been given prior authorization in writing from MIGHTY FUN! Customers found to be out of compliance with this policy will have their accounts reviewed and potentially suspended or closed.
In order to protect the brands we spend an incredible amount of time and hard work creating, to uphold our suggested retail pricing and to support our brick and mortar retail partners, authorized retailers currently have permission to sell our products on their own websites as long as they adhere to the MAPP policy. Violation of our MAPP policy may result in your account being suspended or closed.
MIGHTY FUN! enforces a MAPP (Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy) for all current items as noted on our most current wholesale order form (you will be able to download a copy once your wholesale account is established). Advertising a price lower than the MAPP retail price will be noted as a violation of our policy and will lead to a warning and potential suspension of your account. We don’t want to have to do that, so please follow the rules.
MIGHTY FUN! processes all wholesale orders through a secure online platform - our website. Once your Wholesale Request is approved and you receive your login info, you can login to the site and place orders whenever you need! In addition to placing orders, your wholesale account will provide you with real-time inventory status, order confirmations, order history, tracking information, special promotions and more.
Please note - for opening orders, we do provide a wholesale order form that can be e-mailed or faxed to us. We will still use this order form to set-up an online wholesale account and will process the order online. Our hope is all customers enjoy the online ordering process and prefer that method, but we will always accept orders via e-mail, fax or phone.
WHY WE NEED A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS:
Because all of our wholesale business is managed through our online platform, MIGHTY FUN! needs a valid e-mail address in order to set-up your wholesale account, process orders and ship you goods: no e-mail = no awesome product!
Credit Card orders = $50 minimum order; no case pack requirements on any items.
MIGHTY FUN! accepts payment by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed through a secure online system and your payment information will remain 100% secure.
MIGHTY FUN! is not able to offer net payment terms at this time. If you need to discuss, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
PLACING YOUR ORDERS:
All orders subject to acceptance by MIGHTY FUN!
All purchase orders must be signed by an authorized buyer.
Customer must submit a resale or tax-exemption certificate prior to shipment.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.
All orders are shipped FOB Portland, OR via UPS Ground unless other specified. You can let us know your carrier acct # and we will gladly ship on your account. Actual freight charges will be billed.
Reminder - all orders must be entered through our online system in order to ship.
You will receive an immediate order confirmation via e-mail once the order is placed and tracking information is sent out as soon as the order ships. If you feel you need to cancel or refuse any shipment, please contact us.
Products that are currently out-of-stock will not be available for order when placing orders online when logged in to your wholesale account; with real-time inventory status you, we expect to provide you with a 100% Ship Rate. If something is out-of-stock and you absolutely must get it on order, please contact us when placing your order.
Please report to us any defective or mis-shipped items as soon as you can (within 2 weeks is preferred) so that we can authorize a return/credit and also ship new product if needed. Returns for defectives or errors must be approved in advance with an RA #.
For non-defective returns, unauthorized shipments, and refused shipments, customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
All sales are final. We do not sell on consignment and we do not guarantee sales.
